The Spivack Family has owned and operated the Wildwood Garden Apartments in Port Washington, NY since Stuart and Harvey Spivack constructed the 250 unit complex. They then acquired the adjacent 60 unit Soundview Garden Apartments. The two properties are still owned and managed by The Spivacks. They are delighted to continue in their families’ footsteps and pride themselves on providing an environment where resident expectations are always exceeded. They are proud to be 3rd generation builders and managers of residential properties and high-end custom homes. Their combination of community management and building expertise is a recipe for success.

The Wildwood Garden Apartments are owned by Spivack Realty Co. Inc., the Soundview Garden Apartments by Soundview Gardens Inc. Both have an office at 7 Wildwood Gardens, Rear Lower Level (P.O. Box 365), Port Washington, NY 11050. Both entities are managed by Spivack Realty Co., Inc.

Office Staff

The property management office is located at 7 Wildwood Gardens (rear of building, lower level) in Port Washington, NY 11050 (Mail to: P.O. Box 365) and is expertly run by Denise Martinek, a long time Port Washington resident. She handles all matters for the Wildwood and Soundview Garden Apartments.

Leasing Staff

All of your leasing needs will be handled by Ana Alzate. She is knowledgeable in all matters pertaining to helping you rent as a new resident and in answering all ongoing questions that you may have as a member of these communities. Ana also gives tours to prospective renters

Maintenance Staff

Our apartment complexes are serviced by expert technicians and support staff to ensure your comfort and enjoyment of your home. There is also a live in superintendent in residence. Contact them to arrange for repairs.

Laundry is in every other building and there’s even storage space. In Soundview you get one assigned parking spot and there are plenty of other spaces just behind the building as well. Less than a 5-minute walk to the water and only 35 minutes to the city.

But I warn you , if you have an issue at your apartment and you make a phone call to the office, you better be ready and dressed because one of the staff will knock on your door by the time you hang up the phone. The owners and office members are very kind and polite and they are always available and they are on top of the problems personally. I give them 5 stars.
