I live in this complex for over 8 year. It is walking distance to different shops . It is super clean here. The management and staff are super friendly and helpful.if You need some thing from them or any kind of repairs, you can consider them done the same day. Also they have a good sense of picking the people, since there are great neighbors live in this apartments.

I do a lot of work in these apartments installing kitchens and cabinets. The landlords are so caring and always buy good quality materials, unlike other landlords who look for least expensive. The grounds are amazing, it is like a golf course. The maintenance staff is always there for anything you need

This is such a lovely place to live. The location is prime- right by a great shopping center with everything you could ever need as well as a great walking path from Sheets Creek to Manorhaven Beach Park, passing by the community garden and a dog park on the way as well. There is something here for everyone. There are plenty of lots as well as ample street parking and somehow I always get the spot that I want! As for the maintenance and service, the people working in the office are fantastic and so helpful. When I inquired about a bike rack, Denise said she was unsure of whether or not that was in the plans but would mention it to the higher ups. One week later, I was informed by Anna that they are in fact getting bike racks and they will be installed within the week. Maintenance is always very responsive and when we had an issue with our air conditioner they replaced it right away. I am continuously impressed with the service and professionalism of this team and deeply comforted knowing that I have a safe and reliable source of help whenever I need it. The community is so welcoming and I would recommend living here to anyone- a thousand times over!

Wildwood Gardens has been terrific. My apartment is beautiful, the grounds are always well maintained, and the location is convenient to everything. The management team is warm and responsive and the maintenance team is of equal quality. I’m very pleased here.

I have resided at Wildwood Gardens for almost 5 years and can not speak highly enough or give greater accolades to everyone, including the owners, office staff and maintenance crew. I give out criticism freely and praise sparingly but the care and level of service at Wildwood Gardens is incomparable. Some years ago I was the President of the Board of one of the largest coops in the country and also sat on the board of an umbrella organization for all coops in NYC. As such I was intimately familiar with many aspects of property management and maintenance. So I have an idea of how a property should operate so keep its residents happy. The owners of Wildwood Gardens could write a manual on the topic. Just a short anecdote to give readers a favor for service here. Shortly after moving in I had a maintenance issue and, still in bed clothes, I left a message on the maintenance phone no. Literally 5 minutes later there was a knock on the door and I had to ask the gentlemen to return since I was not dressed. That's what I call service. One final note. The grounds here are beautiful and the apartments are spacious. Well deserving a 5 ++ star rating in every respect!

I have been happily living in Soundview Gardens for 14 years.The Spivaks are the kindest, nicest, caring and most accommodating family of landlords you will ever find! Their office staff is incredible. Always patient, understanding and helpful. Everyone is terrific. Most of my contact has been with Denise…love her!! Their maintenance crew is the best. If one of them even sees me with a bag of garbage, they will smile and take the bag from me to throw in the dumpster. The grounds and buildings are kept beautifully. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Convenient shopping, restaurants and transportation in close proximity (many in walking distance), yet you feel as if you are in your own little, private community. My husband and I have lived at the Wildwood Gardens Apartment for about a month and we have been very happy with the place! Anna and Denise in the leasing office are very kind and responsive. Maintenance has also been excellent. We feel cared about as people, not just tenants. We have also enjoyed meeting our neighbors and the convenient yet quiet location of the apartment. The landscape is beautiful and convenient for walking or other outdoor exercise. Wildwood Gardens is a great place for both individuals and families. We look forward to the years ahead in this beautiful location.
